PuzzleWood Iroko Rough

For the Iroko Rough 10x10 variant of PuzzleWood we use solid Iroko wood, a light, uniformly colored wood. The wood is then split and brushed for a rough look without splinters and in 10x10 cm cubes alternately processed into a 3D panel. This type of wood has a beautiful light shade and few shades of color and can be stained to perfection or finished with wax.

PuzzleWood Iroko Rough :

• The panels are produced to the desired net size, so hardly any sawing loss and waste. You specify the dimensions of the walls and we make it into manageable panels. As the largest size we use 3000 x 1200mm because of weight and transportation. Delivery time is approx. 4-5 weeks after order.
• After installation, no seams / panels are visible, the wall is visually a whole.
• If necessary we make a miter around the corner, even recesses in the wall are already made in the factory.
• Model 10 x 10 means that all blocks are 10cm by 10 cm. Checkers means that they are placed alternately with the grain direction. You can also choose smaller blocks for this type of wood (eg 4cm or 6cm).
• Of course we can also make this panel in other types of wood or even a mix of wood types, smooth or rough and even different sizes of blocks mixed together.

PuzzleWood panels are made of blocks of wood on a fibreboard support, so it can be processed like ordinary sheet material with normal tools. Are you interested in a different type of wood or larger blocks? Please contact us about our options.
